Fast paced resistance training using high-intensity aerobics.  This class targets strength building and muscular endurance, as well as fat burning.

Muscle Toning
& Body building

Target specific parts of the body to get lean and toned, increase strength, and build the muscular physique you’ve always wanted.

Muay Thai
(Kickboxing)

Punch and Kick your way to fitness. This high-energy martial-arts workout combines the use of fists, elbows, knees, shins and feet to deliver a great workout.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Lose weight, increase flexibility, and gain strength with this martial-arts training. Learn to defend yourself against an opponent by taking the fight to the ground  and applying the proper technique, leverage, joint-locks and chokeholds.

Yoga

One well-rounded hour of slow flow, heat building, sweaty vinyasa practice ending with 15 to 20 minutes of deeply opening restorative yoga to send you into a completely blissed out savasana.
